Our Price Guide

Our prices reflect the high quality and exclusivity of our service. Each item is crystallised by hand so as an example, our crystallised phones can take up to 8 hours to complete and this indicates the time and attention we dedicate to each commission.

At CRYSTALROX, we only use genuine SWAROVSKI crystals - please be aware of some other sites claiming to use 'Austrian or Czech crystals' as these are NOT the same as SWAROVSKI and are considerably cheaper to work with. Compared against SWAROVSKI, the difference in quality and appearance is evident. We prefer to use SWAROVSKI crystals as their quality, sparkle and reputation is superior and this is why they are the market leader.

The prices below do not include the handsets - quotes are for the crystallisation process only, either directly onto the phone or a cover (to be provided by the client):

CRYSTALROX offers complimentary delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery service with insurance. Each item crystallised will be beautifully packaged in a signature CRYSTALROX gift box, lined with sparkly deluxe tissue paper and satin ribbon. Phones will also be packaged in a protective organza drawstring pouch for added luxury.

Due to the industry recommended crystal cement that we use, it is very rare that your CRYSTALROX item will suffer loose crystals. We do offer a complimentary repair service (at the discretion of the Designer) as we appreciate that accidents can happen so if you do find that some crystals have become dislodged then please contact the studio so that we can assess the damage and offer assistance.

If your CRYSTALROX item is carefully looked after then you can expect phones to remain perfectly sparkly for up to a year or even more!

Clothing, Accessories and other items should last until you decide to have something else crystallised!!
